Mony Gueorguiev

Founder & CEO

I’m Mony, founder and CEO of Maid to Glow. I’m an entrepreneur and enjoy building mission-driven solutions that help people! I spend my time creating and collaborating in various industries including the cleaning service, software development, and digital media.

I realized how hard it was to find a reliable cleaning service so I decided to leverage my experience and start Maid to Glow. With thousands of satisfied clients throughout Georgia, I could not be more excited about our future!

I enjoy traveling, doing lots of Bulgarian things (I’m Bulgarian), exercising – especially Bulgarian split squats, flying drones, eating, and hanging with family and friends.

Tyler Thebaut

Director of Operations

My name is Tyler, and I’m the director of operations for Maid to Glow. In 2022, I decided to switch career paths after a tenure of 14 years working for an amazing multi-practice pediatric dental and ortho corporation. Since then I’ve devoted my time and energy on creating a great experience for our MTG customers.

I’m also a certified yoga instructor, reiki master, and certified life and wellness coach. Having this background has provided me with a positive mindset and willingness to take on new challenges with excitement. I’m a student of life!

I enjoy learning, going to the gym, practicing yoga, trying new recipes, drinking coffee, being in nature, spending time with my family, friends and 3 fur babies Timmy, Cali, and Leo, and traveling!

I have a passion for helping people and providing a warm and friendly experience with each interaction. My mission at Maid to Glow is to ensure each customer has a wonderful experience and is 100% satisfied. I welcome feedback and thrive on figuring out ways to improve. We can’t wait to serve you and show you how we stand apart from the competition!

Rosa Meza

Operations Coordinator

Hi, I’m Rosa, and I’m the Operations Coordinator at Maid to Glow. I have a background in project management, and I enjoy helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Whether it’s coordinating schedules, solving challenges, or supporting daily operations, I love making sure everything comes together efficiently.

Outside of work, I’d definitely describe myself as a creative person. Music is almost always playing, and I’ll listen to just about any genre. You’ll often find me planning my next concert to see one of my favorite artists. I’ve loved drawing since I was a kid, and whether it’s a good book or a manga, reading has always been one of my favorite ways to unwind. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

I’m grateful to be part of the Maid to Glow team and look forward to helping our customers have the best experience possible.

We LOVE pets!

We love pets and our cleaners look forward to seeing them at each visit as long as they are friendly and safe. If your pets don’t like strangers or if they are easily stressed, please keep them somewhere secure and out of the way on cleaning day.

If you have indoor pets that shed, it will take more time to remove pet hair and clean. Please let us know and select our pet fee add-on.
